CAPITAL PRESERVATION
Austone is a conservative company that wins Borrowing Solutions business by providing great service, not by taking additional risks. All our loans are secured by first mortgages backed by Australian real estate.
PROVEN TRACK RECORD
There has never been a default of investor commitments on any fund that Austone manages. All investments with Austone have been redeemed on time or early.
CO-INVESTMENT MODEL
Austone invests in the funds it manages. Our co-investment in the funds we manage means we believe in our products and back that belief with our own capital.
WHO CAN INVEST
All investment products of the company are only open to "Wholesale Client" either:
1) Minimum value is $500k.
2) The investor provides a certificate from a qualified accountant that states the investor has net assets of at least A $2.5 million or has a gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least A$250,000.
3) The investor is a professional investor (including the holder of an Australian financial services license, a person who controls more than A$10 million, or a person that is a listed entity or a related body corporate of a listed entity).
