Director Manager
Selson is an experienced banking professional with over 15 years’ experience within corporate and institutional banking field, specializing in origination, structuring, credit analysis and execution of debt finance transactions across Commercial Real Estate and diversified industries. Prior to CIX Capital, Selson held senior executive roles in major Australian and international banks where he honed his professional relationship and strategic management capabilities. Selson holds a Master degree of Practising Accounting & Economics, and Bachelor degree of Banking and Finance from Monash University.
Arthur Gong

Arthur is the Co-Founder of Auriton Group, leveraging over 14 years of comprehensive experience across private credit, financial services, and real estate investment. His career synthesizes institutional rigor—gained as a Fund Analyst at State Street—with entrepreneurial success as the co-founder of a prominent property development and funds management firm. Renowned for his expertise in financial modeling and asset valuation, Arthur’s quantitative acumen is underpinned by a Master (Honours) degree from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics & Computer Science.
Jessica Xiang

Jessica Xiang is a seasoned client relations and business development professional with over a decade of experience advising High-Net-Worth (HNWI) clients and business owners. Holding a Master of Professional Accounting , she is highly skilled in financial analysis, due diligence, and compliance , having provided strategic advisory to nearly 200 HNW families and entrepreneurs. Her extensive network of clients, financial advisors,and lawyers provides a unique pipeline for both investor relations and deal sourcing. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Jessica is a key driver for expanding the firm's capital base and market presence.
Shirley
Senior Investment Manager
An experienced finance and immigration lawyer with over 17 years’ experience, she commenced work with “Big Four” accounting firms specialising in corporate tax and practised as a qualified chartered accountant before moving into law, where she worked for some of Australia’s top tier legal firms specialising in property finance, infrastructure and acquisition finance before founding her own independent legal advisory practice, Evolve Advisory, providing finance, commercial and immigration advisory services. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law (with honours) from University of Adelaide.
